The refreshed of 2015 Toyota Camry is ready to hit the dealers today. It comes with more appealing look of design outside and quieter inside. There are some refinement of designs segments such as new interior, suspension and trims. Toyota sets the price at $22,970 for the LE trim and hybrid XLE version for $29,980. We start from 2015 Toyota Camry’s exterior which have all completely new redesigned except the roof panel. With unchanged chassis, there are new bumpers, doors, rear fascia and even wheels. The differences with outgoing car are 1.8 inches longer and 0.4 inches wider.
It makes this sedan become more athletic than before. The interior had adopted the 2015 Highlander but soft-touch leathers and Satin chrome accent covered the cabin perfectly. The cabins is spacious than before because of larger wheelbase. For infotainment system, you will be offered by Toyota’s Entune with 7-inch touch screen, 4 inches TFT screen and 12-volt charger and USB port.
Under the Hood
There are three engines available for 2015 Camry, two conventional engines and a hybrid engine system. The hybrid comes with 2.5 Liter Atkinson Cycle I-4 plus Hybrid Synergy Drive and pumps out 200 horsepower with its electric motor. For base model, it included 2.5 Liter inline four-cylinder which produced 178 horsepower and 170 ft-lb of torque.
The premium model has a 3.5 Liter V6 engine which produced 268 horsepower and 248 ft-lb of torque. All of these engines are served by six-speed automatic transmission. The EPA ratings for hybrid model are at 43/41/39.
