The 2018 Audi TT RS Review First Look, Release Date, Price was unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show in 2016. It is bigger than its predecessor that comes with redesigned fascia and new Matric OLED taillights, a driver-focused cockpit and a revised 2.5-liter mill generating 60 hp than the previous model. The roadster was initially expected to debut in October at the Paris Auto Show after the Coupe is announced at the New York Auto Show. However, Audi decided to reveal both models at the Beijing Auto Show.

There is more refined and more aggressive exterior styling on the new-gen Audi TT RS Review First Look, Release Date, Price than the previous-generation model. The smooth and untouched hood is kept while the tip of the hood has the four-ring badge rather than placed inside the grille. There is also dramatic change toward the grille that feature honeycomb mesh in a hexagonal shape. There is Quattro logo on the bottom edge of the grille. The headlights are buried under the hood with a less rounded shape. At the back, the taillights are revised with sharp shape. 19-inch wheels are standard while 20-inch alloy wheels are optional.
Audi’s completely digital virtual cockpit is standard inside the roadster. There are three different views for the instrument cluster featuring 12.3-inch display screen. The RS screen shows the tachometer tire pressure information, g-force and torque. There is a virtual shift light on the screen to remind driver to shift up on higher gears. The RS sport shift paddles and leather steering wheel is also new along with two satellite buttons and that are used to alter the driving dynamics and start up and power cut the engine.
2018 Audi TT RS Release Date
The new model will be available for sales in fall of 2016 for Europe market. It is powered by a 2.5 liter five-cylinder TFSI generating 400 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque a 60 hp and 24 lb-ft more power than the predecessor. The engine has been developed for compact internal friction, a more lightweight structure, and improved power release. Firing order and cylinder placement is also tweaked so the engine can generate a good and pleasant measure at low or high engine performance. A seven-speed S Tronic transmission and the Quattro all-wheel-drive system are standard. The engine performance, all-wheel-drive system, transmission, steering, and exhaust flaps settings are adjustable with the Audi drive select system.
